RETURN WINDOW We accept returns for 30 days from the date of your purchase. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. After 30 days, returns cannot be accepted. CONDITION REQUIREMENTS Items must be: - Unused and in original, unopened packaging - Free from damage or wear - With all original tags and documentation intact - In resellable condition ITEMS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN Most items can be returned for a full refund, including: - Supplements and vitamins (if sealed) - Books and tools - Clothing and accessories - General merchandise ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN The following items cannot be returned: - Opened or used supplements, herbs, or food items - Personalized or custom items - Items with removed or altered tags - Used gardening tools or equipment - Clearance items marked as "Final Sale" RETURN PROCESS 1. Contact our customer service team at support@herbstore.com with your order number 2. Receive a return shipping label 3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us 4. Upon receipt and inspection, we'll process your refund 5. Refunds are issued to your original payment method REFUND TIMELINE Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 1-2 business days for the funds to appear in your account. SHIPPING COSTS Standard return shipping is free for defective items. For non-defective returns initiated within 14 days of purchase, we also cover return shipping. Returns initiated after 14 days are the responsibility of the customer.
